The Employment Rights Manual is a project developed by the Legal Department of IWGB as a resource for members and officials to offer training and advice around common issues in the workplace. This section covers topics related to minimum wage, wage deductions, holiday pay, sick pay, and maternity, paternity, adoption and shared parental leave. Download a copy of the Employment Rights Manual below (available only in Spanish). We are working at the moment to develop more resources for our members with relevant information about the most common issues!
