Parcelforce pay claim

If you are currently an owner driver doing delivery work for Parcelforce, or have done in the last ten weeks, you may be eligible to make a claim for compensation.

We believe that owner drivers working for Parcelforce have been wrongly classified, and therefore are owed money they should have been receiving as holiday pay and the National Minimum Wage.

The IWGB has negotiated a deal with major legal firm Leigh Day to represent our members on a “no win, no fee” basis, with only 20% commission + VAT (total of 24%).

In February 2021, the Supreme Court ruled that Uber taxi drivers should be classified as ‘workers’ instead of ‘independent contractors’. ‘Workers’ are entitled to certain legal protections and benefits, such as holiday pay and at least the National Minimum Wage (after costs). This case sets a very strong precedent to argue that Parcelforce owner drivers are also ‘workers’, and should receive these same benefits.
