Support and advice

Open a case

Union members who joined more than two months ago can access legal support from the IWGB Legal Department. To open a case, please use our online Casework form. Please use this form in relation to issues with your work.

To make sure that the Legal Department has enough time and resources to represent all union members effectively, there are rules you need to follow in order to get help with a case. Find out more about when and how to open a case.
