Come and work with the baddest union in town and see the fruits of your labour in the headlines week in, week out.

Here at the IWGB, we're not just part of the change. We're making it. From our roots at the University of London, to fighting for under-represented workers across all sectors, we're proud to be a new and dynamic organisation shaking things up.

We're a friendly, empathetic and determined bunch. If you've got a drive to help fix broken workplaces, then you'll be right at home.

As an organisation that fights for workers’ rights, we strongly believe no applicant or employee should face discrimination or harassment based on their gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability status, age, or marital domestic partner status. You can read more in the IWGB Statement of Inclusivity. Access needs will be catered for in both the application/interview process, and the job role itself.
